Vivid IP Celebrates Its 3-Year Anniversary
They say "it's all about the journey"—and growing from a one-woman operation to the only all-female full-service IP & Entertainment firm in Atlanta ain't a bad one to take. Vivid IP is grateful and proud to celebrate 3 years of success this month.
Reflecting on where we started and how far we've come is important to our group, because we started in the same place as so many of our clients: with a single spark of inspiration.
We're also big believers in walking the talk when it comes to branding—it's why our founder, Marcy Sperry, took an opportunity to create something new: “We branded ourselves as Vivid IP instead of a more traditional, last-name law firm to stand apart. Our brand embodies the creative clients we represent, whose work started with a bold, vivid idea.”
Part of the exciting challenge of working with intellectual property is evolving along with the work our clients do—and the range of their creations and inventions is far and wide. Partnering with brands that refuse to be stagnant is the kind of work our 6-person team looks forward to.
When we look at our future as an IP and entertainment law firm, our number one goal is to become familiar faces and voices in Atlanta's biggest industries—arts, entertainment, and tech. Despite the uncertainty surrounding the spread of COVID-19, our team is forging straight into digital alternatives to build those connections. (More on that next week in our monthly newsletter. If you’re not getting that, sign up here!) Atlanta has always been a community full of creativity and hustle. We aim to match that energy:
“Our firm is poised to be a unique resource in the entertainment space in this city. The growth and talent in that industry is incredible, and we want to contribute. Our focus is on representing creators and producers in film, music, and the arts.”
Regardless of your industry or your IP needs, we'd love to hear from you! Send us a message, or visit our social channels to keep up with what's next for Vivid.
