Beth B. Moore Brings Entertainment Law Insight to the Georgia Legislature
We like to think the Vivid IP team has a lot of unique things working for us—not the least of which is our Senior Counsel, Beth B. Moore, who's the only IP and entertainment attorney elected to the Georgia legislature. This week, Founder Marcy Sperry and Senior Counsel Alex Aron had the chance to see Beth in action at the state capitol.
When she's not partnering with local artists and producers as a legal advisor, Beth is serving on the Georgia House of Representatives in District 95. Elected in 2018, her motivation to serve our community stems from a passion to champion the best parts of Georgia: a spirit that's as diverse and welcoming as it is bold and entrepreneurial.
Georgia does have more women legislators than many other states, though still not quite enough to be equitable. Her commitment to doing better and creating opportunities—along with her years of expertise as a trusted legal source in the entertainment industry—is a genuine embodiment of our firm's mission and values.
