Two of Vivid IP’s senior attorneys have been included in Super Lawyers’ annual list of outstanding intellectual property lawyers.
Our firm is excited to announce that Alex Aron and Beth B. Moore have been named to Super Lawyers’ 2021 Georgia Rising Stars list!
Super Lawyers is an annual, peer-chosen roster of outstanding lawyers across every practice area, state-by-state. Each year, no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in each state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. Vivid founder Marcy Sperry is a previous Super Lawyers listee, and we’re so proud to see our other two senior attorneys join the club.
Alex is our resident patent guru. She excels at helping innovators turn the details of their dreams into realities, and she’s a true enthusiast about protecting the tech-centric IP that enables businesses to reach an optimal level. Her work ranges wide, from software licenses and mobile app protection to medical industry patents and IP portfolio management.
Beth serves Atlanta’s entertainment community (and beyond!) as a trusted resource for artists and producers in handling the business side of the creative process. In between legislative sessions at the Georgia House of Representatives, Beth is tackling partnership agreements, artist-management agreements, and contract drafting and negotiations.
